VIDEO: The 2016 ACEC – BC Awards for Engineering Excellence
The British Columbia chapter of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies recently held its 2016 Awards for Engineering Excellence in Vancouver.
Amongst the winners were projects that made innovative use of wood, initiated training for river based projects in Bangladesh, and even worked on the Oculus transportation hub at the World Trade Center site in New York City.
ACEC BC president and CEO Keith Sashaw spoke to the Journal of Commerce about not only the many innovative projects that received accolades but also individuals and organizations who were recognized through awards such as "Client of the Year" and the Chair's award, which this year went to Dan Doyle.
