VIDEO: ICBA president Philip Hochstein at the 2016 Industry Outlook
Independent Contractors and Businesses Association president Philip Hochstein was on hand at the association's 2016 Industry Outlook, which brought together expects from many sectors in and related to the British Columbia construction industry.
Hochstein also spoke to the Journal of Commerce about the B.C. economy, which he said is doing well in the Lower Mainland but faltering in other areas of the province such as northern B.C.
Hochstein also said the current residential is unpredictable, with valuations rapidly climbing over the last year. He added that while commodities based industries ae hurting, construction is ongoing with both provincial and federal infrastructure projects.
