In this week's preview, we look at some of the stories we'll be covering in the Journal of Commerce for the week of October 27th.

A new highrise development is aiming to charge Fort McMurray. The two towers proposed would be the tallest structures in the Northern Alberta city.

Russell Hixson has a story about the government of British Columbia unveiling new LNG taxation and emission standards. Russell also has a story about the Alberta Construction Association asking its members for input on a new silica dust code of practice.

We also have a story about the Canadian Design-Build Institute's Awards of Excellence, where the Glacier Skywalk in Jasper took first prize.

New COCA president Dave Baspaly has the first of a two part column on silica regulations, and this week's video is from the Vancouver Regional Construction Association's Awards of Excellence.
