The British Columbia chapter of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC BC) recently held its 2016 Transportation Conference in Vancouver, which brought engineers together with city planners and technologists to examine the rapidly changing urban transportation landscape.
ACEC BC president Keith Sashaw talked to the Journal of Commerce about the changes facing transportation in the coming decade, and how engineers can address those changes and surmount them. The Journal also spoke to R.F. Binnie senior project manager Tracey Raume and construction manager Paul Shul about their respective winning projects in the Deputy Minister's Consulting Awards, which were held at the conference.
