No injuries in Dutch crane collapse
Two cranes on the River Rhine in the town of Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands collapsed on August 3rd while trying to hoist a section of bridge during restoration work on the Juliana Bridge over the River Rhine.
At least four houses and two shops were destroyed when the cranes collapsed, according to a BBC News report, but no-one was hurt during the incident.
Emergency teams are securing the site and an investigation has been opened.
