Restoration and Expansion in Vancouver
Three new residential blocks are taking shape at the Shannon Estates property, the site of the old B.T. Rogers mansion in Vancouver, B.C., which is also being restored and converted to living units.
The structures are considered heritage restorations and ITC Construction is working under the guidance of heritage architect Robert Lemon. Femo Construction is building three residential blocks with 268 units. Perkins + Will Canada is the project architect. Others working on the build-out of the 10-acre site at 57th and Granville include: BelPacific Excavating, Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd., Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd.; Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers and Berts Electric.
