The Construction Record Podcast – Episode 15
This week on the Construction Record podcast, we have national editor Vince Versace and Daily Commercial News staff writer Angela Gismondi starting things off with a discussion about Angela's interview with Christiana Figueres, the former executive secretary framework of the United Nations convention on climate change and a participant in the Paris climate change accords about the effects of environmental change on infrastructure.
After Angela's interview, daily editor Lindsey Cole, digital media editor Warren Frey and Journal of Commerce staff writer Russell Hixson in Burnaby discuss the economic insights they gleaned from recent CanaData West forecasting conference, particularly some of the political observations of keynote speaker Vaughn Palmer, a journalist and political columnist for the Vancouver Sun. We also have an interview with Palmer where he elaborates on the future of Site C and the current political climate in British Columbia.
