Britco is a British Columbia based construction company that constructs modular buildings for everything from work camps to residential units.

Structures are built inside a large climate controlled facility where employees are able to perform precise and consistent work without dealing with the elements or delays.

Special projects manager Tom Faliszewski spoke to the Journal of Commerce about Britco's many different projects and the advantages of working inside, as well as addressing the overall industry trend towards modular structures.

Director of manufacturing Tim Epp explained the methodologies used to build modular structures quickly and efficiently, and addressed how while modular buildings aren't always cheaper than site built structures, they can be built quickly and to a higher standard.
