Downs/Archambault & Partners
The Zone Entertainment Group is planning to build a new 38-lane bowling/entertainment centre incorporating restaurant and ancillary retail facilities on Schoolhouse Street in Coquitlam. Designed by Downs/Archambault & Partners Architects, Vancouver, this funky facility will be a “strike-ingly” unique stop-and-roll spot for the entire family. Construction will be starting shortly and occupancy is slated for early 2008. The Construction Management contract went to Norm Wallace & Company Ltd, Surrey.
