Bosa Construction’s Tapestry at Wesbrook Village

Bosa Construction Inc. is the general contractor for Tapestry at Wesbrook Village at the University of British Columbia. The senior residences will include six stories above grade and two below. It will have 134 rental units and 46 condos. Concert Properties Ltd. is the owner and DYS Architecture designed it. Consulting engineers on the project include Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical) and Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural).
