Tall Tower for Surrey

CENTURY GROUP

The 50-storey 3 Civic Plaza in Surrey, B.C. is slated to become the second tallest residential tower in the province. The development is a partnership between Century Group and the Surrey City Development Corporation.

The project will include a hotel and residential units, as well as office and extensive retail space.

3 Civic Plaza is still in the preliminary design phase.
