VIDEO: Kees Cusveller of Graham Construction Group on models and collaboration in the construction industry

Kees Cusveller, the Vice President of business development and preconstruction services for Graham Group, spoke at the Canadian Institute's Collaborative Project Delivery conference on June 6.

Cusveller contrasted the different models available to the industry, including design/bid/build, construction management (either at risk or agent-based), design build, cost reimbursable, and unit price.

He also addressed the importance of sustainability in today’s market, as well as the rapid technological changes sweeping though the industry and enabling quicker and deeper collaboration between stakeholders.
