EllisDon acquisition
Construction company EllisDon said it has acquired the Alberta-based PME Group of Companies.
Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available.
The PME Group, with headquarters in Fort Saskatchewan, provides site work and construction services to the oil and gas industry in Western Canada.
EllisDon, an employee-owned company, offers construction and project management services.
