Building Containers on Terminal Ave

Construction workers are busy tying rebar for a new mixed use development on Terminal Avenue in Vancouver, B.C.
The first phase of the project is called Containers because of the historic railway presence in the area.
Rize Alliance Properties Ltd. is both the general contractor and the developer. The project will include office and wholesale space in five storeys above grade with parking below.
The architects are Kasian Architecture and B+H CHIL Design. The consultants are Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural), Stantec Consulting Ltd. (mechanical and electrical), ACM Environmental Corporation, BR Thorson Consulting Ltd. (code) and GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. (geotechnical).
