Broadway Crossing is a new development in Vancouver B.C. The general contractor is Lalli Investments and the architect is JM Architecture & Interior Design Ltd.
The project will reach four storeys above grade and two below.
It will include 35 apartment units and commercial space on the ground floor. Consultants on the project include London Mah & Associates Ltd. (structural) and SRC Engineering Ltd. (mechanical and electrical).
