Kits lowrise takes shape
BRADLEY FEHR
Kindred Construction Ltd. is the general contractor for a new lowrise residential development in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver, B.C.
Vermeer On 4th will reach four storeys above grade and two below. It will include 13 condo units on the upper floors and commercial space at grade.
Formwerks Architectural Inc. is the architect and Dallas Watt Demolition is the demo contractor. Consultants include SRC Engineering Ltd. (mechanical), DF & Associates Electrical Consulting Ltd. and John Bryson & Partners (structural).
