Technical advisor for biofuels facility needed
Partnerships British Columbia has released a Request For Proposals (RFP) for technical advisory services for a biofuels facility in Surrey, B.C. ..dThe City of Surrey is planning to develop the facility as an 80,000 tonne anaerobic digestion facility in the industrial area of Port Kells.
Procurement of the facility is expected to commence in early 2013.
