| Project: | cast-in-place concrete foundation, 02230; site clearing, 02240; site preparation, 02315; excavation, 13120; industrial buildings, 13120; metal building systems, 02310; rough grading, proposed development of an underground coal mine which could produce up to 1.1 million tonnes per year of clean raw coal; the project would include a coal wash plant, piles for earth & course/fine rejects, ponds for water management, an admin bldg, maintenance bldg, services facilities, sewage treatment facility, tank farm, storage areas including explosives storage & electrical sub-station. Project also includes upgrades to the Port of Port Alberni for shipping of the coal. |
