The project proposes a 32 storey building, with 13 storeys dedicated to 115 hotel suites (floors 4 through 12) and 99 condominium units in 19 storeys (floors 14 to 32). The project will include a three storey podium containing the hotel's amenity space, hotel rooms, services, 100 sq metres of retail space and lobby. Four storeys of below grade parking are also included for 106 spaces. |
