INVITATION TO TENDER

CHAWATHIL FIRST NATION IR4–WATER SYSTEM UPGRADE

Tender documents for the project listed below may be obtained from the office of David Nairne + Associates Ltd. (DNA) at 250 – 171 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3J9.

Tender documents will be available on and after Wednesday, May 17, 2017. All interested bidders are required to register with DNA (non- refundable $120), and will be provided a hard copy of the tender documents (drawings + contract documents). Tender documents may also be viewed through the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA).

To be considered, each tender must be submitted on the forms provided, according to the conditions set thereon and must be accompanied by the security specified in the tender documents. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Chawathil First Nation IR4–Water System Upgrade Hope, B.C.

SCOPE OF WORK
Chawathil First Nation (IR4) Water System Upgrade consists of civil work (clearing and grubbing; site grading and ditching; and hydro- seeding); development of two potable water wells and connection to new water treatment building and supply main; construction of a new two room pumphouse/treatment building including mechanical, electrical and chlorination equipment; installation of approximately 600m of 100mm diameter dedicated supply lines; road upgrades; commissioning of the newly built water systems; decommissioning old wells; and all incidental works to complete the project as per contract documents.

Sealed tenders will be received at the offices of DNA at 250 -171 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3J9 no later than 2:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time on June 1.
