1. March 3, 2009 — There are no local contractors large enough to handle the magnitude of a P3. P3s have failed. The Port Mann has turned into a Fast Ferry fiasco. The projects should be broken up into smaller sections and tendered. As a local contractor struggling to find work, it is difficult to swallow seeing our tax dollars fund an American company's "P3".
